Personal Care Assistance (PCA)

Personal Care Assistants are responsible for the general supervision of the client's health at home.  They provide services that are outlined in the individual care plan that is reviewed by our Registered Nurse and approved by the patient's attending physician.

Some of the tasks covered by our PCA’s:

• Bathing Assistance

• Assistance with Dressing

• Toileting Assistance

• Mobility Assistance

• Meal Preparation and Planning

• Eating/ Feeding Assistance

• Medication Reminders

• Light Housekeeping

• Grocery Shopping Assistance

• Help Running Errands for the Patient
